Order Processing
All orders are processed every Friday and shipped out the following Monday.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and another email with tracking information once your shipment has been dispatched.
Shipping Times
Our products are fulfilled and shipped by third-party dropshipping partners. Because of this, delivery times may vary depending on location, carrier delays, and customs processing.
Estimated Delivery Time:

We offer flat-rate shipping based on your delivery region:

Shipping rates are applied at checkout and are non-refundable once the order has been shipped.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.
Delays & Disclaimer
Altcoin Threads is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carrier issues, customs processing, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. Once the order has been handed off to our third-party dropshipping partners, shipping timelines are outside our direct control.
If your order hasn’t arrived within 21 business days, please contact us at support@altcointhreads.com with your order number, and we’ll assist in tracking your shipment.
