Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Be in its original packaging, with all tags still attached.
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation email).

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@altcointhreads.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions and a return shipping address.

Final Sale Items

Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, undergarments and intimate wear are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or item, please request a refund and place a new order once your return is processed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at support@altcointhreads.com.
Include your order number, a description of the issue, and a clear photo for faster resolution.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or credit card company, as processing times may vary.
