How do I place an order?
Browse our collections, choose your items, select your size and quantity, then proceed to checkout. It’s that easy.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as other secure payment options listed at checkout.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders are processed every Friday, so please contact us at support@altcointhreads.com before that week’s processing day to request changes or cancellations. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be modified.
🚚 Shipping & Delivery
When will my order ship?
Orders are processed on Fridays and shipped out the following Monday.
How long does shipping take?
Estimated delivery times are 7–14 business days depending on your location.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide. Shipping rates are flat and vary by region:
- Canada: $10
- United States: $20
- Rest of the World: $30

We work with trusted third-party dropshipping partners to ensure global coverage and timely delivery.

What is your return policy?
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order if the item is unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.
Please note that undergarments and intimate wear are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
How do I start a return?
Email support@altcointhreads.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send return instructions and a return address.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after your return is received and approved.
Can I exchange an item?
We don’t offer direct exchanges. Please request a refund and place a new order for the item or size you want.

📦 Tracking & Order Issues
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link to follow your delivery in real time.
My order hasn’t arrived — what should I do?
If your order hasn’t arrived after 21 business days, please contact us at support@altcointhreads.com with your order number. We’ll assist you in tracking it down.
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, including photos and your order number. We’ll work quickly to replace or refund your item.

Altcoin Threads designs original, crypto-inspired apparel and accessories. Official collaborations and partnerships will always be clearly noted on the product page.
